If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product within 90 days of purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned trunnion kits must be defective and returned in original product packaging.
- Returned clothing items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to exchange the items for you if the above requirements are met for your items.
To initiate a return, please complete the following:
- Send an email to orders@cheprecision.com or call us at 805-499-8885 to request which products you would like to return.
Additional Information:
- We will process your return, refund, or store credit upon receiving the returned items. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days. Store credit will be added to your account immediately upon receiving your returned items.
- We will pay for shipping your items back to us if they are defective. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% and kindly ask that you pay for shipping to return or exchange your items.
