Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product within 90 days of purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned trunnion kits must be defective and returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned clothing items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to exchange the items for you if the above requirements are met for your items.

To initiate a return, please complete the following:

  1. Send an email to orders@cheprecision.com or call us at 805-499-8885 to request which products you would like to return. 

Additional Information:

  • We will process your return, refund, or store credit upon receiving the returned items. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days. Store credit will be added to your account immediately upon receiving your returned items.
  • We will pay for shipping your items back to us if they are defective. Otherwise, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% and kindly ask that you pay for shipping to return or exchange your items.
